Microphone access
Only Start microphone or Start monitoring requests microphone access. Output channel playback does not need it. Cancel invalidates a pending request; a later permission response does not start capture. Stop or leaving the tool ends this tool’s audio tracks and analysis.
Stopping does not revoke permission your browser has remembered, or stop other apps. To revoke permission, use your browser’s site settings.
Your recording
Microphone audio is analyzed in this browser. Short recordings remain in page memory and use a temporary local playback URL; the tools do not upload audio.
Stop recording finishes a clip. Stop microphone ends capture and keeps a completed clip, but discards a recording still in progress. Delete recording removes the player and releases its local URL. Record again replaces the prior clip. Leaving or reloading the tool clears its clip. Memory reclamation is managed by your browser.
Website requests and storage
Loading the website makes normal requests for pages, scripts and styles. The site does not add analytics, advertising scripts, cookies or persistent recording storage. External reference links open other websites with their own policies.
Website delivery is separate from microphone processing. This notice does not set or describe a hosting provider’s request-log retention.
