SoundCheckPad helps you inspect microphone input, listen to left and right output, and observe relative digital peaks. Use it before a call, interview, class or recording, then confirm settings in the app you will use.
These checks do not diagnose every hardware fault or provide calibrated acoustic measurements. See the test limits.
Describe a problem clearly
When sharing a problem with someone helping you, include the page, browser version, operating system, device type, steps, expected behavior and exact error text. You do not need to include private audio.
For example: “The microphone waveform moves, but playback is silent with my USB headset.” This helps separate input, recording and output problems.
